What will you be doing?
Our client, a large financial firm, seeks to recruit and hire and Accountant for a 10 month contract position in Houston, TX. Some of the duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Prepares balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Analyzing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses.
- Reports organization's finances to management, and offers suggestions about resource utilization, tax strategies, and assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
What will you need?
The successful candidate will have the following required experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance
- 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Excel Mastery Level and Access Mastery Level is required; must provide evidence on excel testing (we will provide online test).
