Responsibilities
* Schedule employees to cover shifts
* Manage food inventory and kitchen operations
* Assist with financial analysis and forecasting
* Bar Management and liquor inventory
* Build strong relationships with team members, vendors, and guests
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years casual dining management experience
* Proven ability to train and motivate a team
* Proven track record in maintaining strong cost controls and quality standards
* Prior knowledge with Performance Management
* Prior knowledge with Coaching & Corrective Action
