- Support management by processing all new business applications through to completion
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Input routine applications and process changes to current policies
- Assemble policies and determine delivery requirements for agents
- Perform accounting tasks
- Order supplies for office
- Communicate with agents, clients and service centers
- Strong Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Organization skills and the ability to multi-task
Receptionist/Switchboard
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Two years of customer service or administrative service experience
- Proficient with MS Office
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as excel independently
