The primary responsibility is to generate profitable new business revenue within a geographically defined territory through achievement of sales targets and awareness of the Regus brand as the industry leader.
Key Responsibilities
ü Generates a revenue stream resulting in a positive impact to the occupancy and profitability of the centers within a defined market/territory, while simultaneously selling the entire product line around the globe.
ü Grows the number of leads generated in the market/area by the sales team through networking, broker relations and other sales activities.
ü Meets or exceed the sales targets/metrics, such as revenue targets, deal volumes, conversion ratios and calls/visits.
ü Delivers outside sales presentations with follow up protocol to a variety of business groups.
ü Maintains a level of expert knowledge in current work trends and actively pursues an understanding of future trends including technical knowledge.
ü Ensures cohesive communication with field team in order to create a seamless transition from the sales to the service sides of the business while maximizing profitability.
ü Proactively seeks understanding of prospective clients’ needs and assures they are being satisfied from the initial contact to usage of the Company’s products and services.
ü Orchestrates business in a manner consistent with company operational standards and brand promise.
Key Position Requirements
ü 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role
ü Proven success in a business to business sales environment
ü Proven experience in outside and inside sales (quota driven)
ü Proven negotiating and prospecting experience resulting in high sales conversion
ü Passion for a fast-paced environment with consistent change
ü Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
ü Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
