Ensures the smooth coordination of transportation operations for Hilton Grand Vacations Club. Coordinates guest pick-ups, dispatches the office, and verifies invitations and tour times while providing constant communication with various team members and departments. Enters data into MS Excel spreadsheets as well as assists in general office duties- answering phones, typing memos, contacting guests, copying, faxing, etc.



Must have previous customer service experience. Bilingual fluency in both English and Japanese required. Basic excel and data entry skills required. Must be able to type 35WPM.
