An incredible opportunity for a Human Resource Manager is available in the Rapid City surrounding area. This position requires a qualified and highly experienced candidate with a degree in Human Resources or related field. PHR or SPHR preferred. We are looking for a professional, detail orientated, and proactive candidate with excellent management techniques.
Must be team player and willing to jump in and do whatever it takes to make the team successful. Must be quality driven and appreciate the challenges in a high end service focused environment. Maintain all company-required and legally-required information, forms and data, including: all systems, associate files, etc. and ensure all HR administrative functions are completed timely and accurately.
The Human Resources Manager (HRM) is a senior-level position. Responsibilities include: recruitment and employment, training and development, employee relations and performance management. The Human Resources Manager works in partnership with the senior management team to ensure all policies, procedures, programs and laws are equitable, fair and are adhered to consistently.
