Job Description

Chemical Project Engineer

Our client is looking for a Chemical Project Engineer.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and consultation of other engineers
  • Be involved with QA projects
  • Provide technical, hands-on, support to major mechanical systems that deal with acid recovery and hazardous waste spill prevention
  • Maintain training and qualifications on these systems
  • Function as an expert on hazardous waste regulations pertaining to safety, operating procedures, etc.
  • Identify improvements to systems, make design adjustments, ensure equipment maintains operational readiness

 

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.      
  • 7+ years experience
  • Chemical/ Nuclear manufacturing experience
