Prefer seasoned Clinical Data Manager/coordinators with 5 -7 years experience minimum
Prefer candidates who have had to lock/close a study at study end
Global Phase III study management/ownership
Must have no less than 3 total years in discrepancy management and be able to verbalize detailed processes of their experience.

Must be able to detail the following:
1. Resolving discrepancies to zero count and if not zero, what was the rationale behind all discrepancies not being resolved
2. Tracking down missing pages and provide detail
Must have Oracle Clinical 4.0 or higher
Must have Oncology experience and is able to speak to why Oncology may be different from other therapeutics areas data-wise
Able to work independently AND within a cooperative team effort
Demonstrated ability to be flexible to changing priorities, e.g., several times a day.

The contract term will be to February 26, 2010 but could go beyond that potentially. Candidates must be willing to work OT and weekends.
