Our company specializes in the calibration of heat treating equipment particularly aerospace components. We are seeking customer focused, competitive and sharp candidates to join our growing company. Our objective is to increase our customer base and retention of clients.
LOCATION: The posted location is Cleveland, OH but Dallas, TX, Wichita, KS, Tulsa, OK, and Hartford, CT.
Position Requirements:
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Run demos for clients.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent job-related experience.
- Sales skills and aptitude such as selling a service, understanding market potentials, understanding the competition, building and maintaining partnerships.
- Technical knowledge and expertise such as principles of heat treating, practical application, equipment functionality.
- Knowledge of financial understanding such as price negotiation, profit margin, budgeting and managing expenses.
- Leadership skills such as planning and project management, team development, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work well in a team environment.
- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills and professional demeanor are required.
- Willingness to travel 100 % for training and business.
- Three or more years experience in power generation sales, AND in the heat treat profession, is highly preferred.
Skills/Qualifications:
Knowledge of Nadcap Aerospace specifications, for example; Boeing 5621K, AMS 2750D, RPS 953 and the like.
Experience with Vacuum, electric, gas fired and continuous belt furnaces.
Experience with Honeywell, Yokogawa and Eurotherm data loggers.
Experience with Word, Microsoft office and windows.
Knowledge of the heat treating industry is A MUST!
Hours & Salary:
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
This is a full time position.
