Embedded Perl Web Development and Server Support

We are currently seeking an experienced PERL programmer to continue development and support of an existing web-based business platform.  Our platform is HTML with embedded PERL and some Java, over a SQL database, running on Linux.  Serious experience with PERL is a must.  Linux server management important, MySQL experience desirable.  Interest or background in financial environments is also a plus.

Open Mortgage, LLC is a mortgage banker with 160+ branch offices in 18 states.  We have developed a platform we call CABO that we use to manage every level of our business.  We have a higher level of automation than any competitor we have ever looked at, and believe our automation has helped us not only survive, but thrive in a market that has shut down many competitors.  Our sales are up 85% year over year, and current market conditions have us expecting more growth in 2010.  We need development help because the more we automate the more ideas we have for future development.

We are located just SW of Austin, TX.  Applicant will have freedom to work on-site or off-site.
