**RESUMES MUST REFLECT RECENT HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH END USERS TO GATHER, DOCUMENT, AND CREATE REQUIREMENTS**

Responsibilities:

-        Reviews and analyzes user requirements to develop detailed functional specifications

-        Performs system gap analysis to assist in the development of technical specifications.

-        Creates detailed use case and test case materials for quality assurance

-        Must effectively communicate with customers, business teams, and technical teams to develop organized and detailed specifications.

-        Supports the Total Performance Management initiative.

-        Must have previous and recent BSA experience working on IT specific projects.

-        Must have hands on experience in Visio, MS-Project, and MS-Office tools (Gantt charting a plus)

Requirements:

-        Bachelors Degree

-        3+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst required

-        Thorough knowledge of multi-line claims management processes and claims management system requirements

-        Stable career history with progressive growth; 5+ years tenure with a middle to large IT organization

-        Strong business/systems analysis background with roles served specifically in IT; must have led multiple requirements initiatives for projects at one time

-        Must be able to work with aggressive timelines and challenging customers

-        Ability to create use case and test case materials for IT project

-        Experience with JAD facilitation and documentation a plus

-        PC literate, including Microsoft Office products

-        Analytical and interpretive skills

-        Ability to work in a team environment

-        Excellent verbal communication skills essential

-        Must have excellent written communication skills (this should be evident in resume submittal)

-        Strong attention detail essential
