PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
Directing, motivating, developing capabilities and managing wholesalers to achieve company targets and objectives through the following specific responsibilities:
- Conduct market surveys and analyze store level data to identify opportunities, measure execution, and hold wholesaler accountable
- Compile Annual Business Plan (ABP) and perform Brand Optimization Plan aligning with annual regional objectives and execution
- Monthly Review, Update, Plan to drive execution against ABP
- Provide sales forecasting to corporate demand planner
- Budget management, resource procurement & allocation
- Execute field marketing activation
- Manage inventory control processes
- Manage wholesaler ordering, confirmation, and tracking processes
- Key account activity management (BDA), leveraging Store Level Data
- Market work-with procedures
- Incentive management
- Perform Survey for Success
- Manage pricing at the wholesaler and retailer level including price adjustments
- Administration necessary to manage business, secure resources, and guide team
- Directly engaging key off-premise accounts to ensure relationship, and execution at retail
Skills/Education/Competencies
Education: Bachelor Degree required
Experience:
- Only candidates with a minimum of 3 years experience with direct wholesaler management in the consumer product goods industry will be considered
- Minimum of 2 years managerial responsibilities including budget management
- Significant experience leading employees and/or clients and influencing outcomes including the creation of incentive programs

- Presentation skills including the ability to conduct creative and informative presentations for wholesalers and retailers
